why are seeds inside fleshy fruits resistant to the enzymes of digestive tract of animals

When any animal eats the fruit, the fruit gets digested but the seed doesn't digest and remains unaffected due those enzymes present on them. The animal then excretes the seed and thus it helps the plant to disperse the seed.
