Why are skeletal muscles known as strained muscles

It is a form of striated muscle tissue, which is under the voluntary control of the somatic nervous system. Most skeletal muscles are attached to bones by bundles of collagen fibers known as tendons.

=>These muscles are also known as Striated muscle.

=>They have multi-nucleated and unbranched muscle cells.

=>They are under voluntary control of our nervous system and thus are the voluntary muscles.

=>Performs actions such as running, jumping, fighting that are under our will.
