Why are software and hardware dependent on each other

Bcoz the software needs hardware to run on it .

And the hardware is useless if it doesn't have software means any OS or any command to do

software and hardware depends upon each other because of its work .software helps device to do controls that user commands and without hardware it not work .it give enery and ability to do so..it depens upon each other like human and food ...i should it helps u
