Why are some muscles involuntary?

It is so as to perform involuntary and reflex actions.
(Involuntary actions are those which occurs without involvement of brain i.e which occur unknowingly such as Blinking, sneezing,etc)

They can be significant because:-
(1) They protect us from the harm that could be done if delayed.

(2)They relieve the burden of brain by automatically responding.
