Standardized Units of Measurement is important because inventions wouldn't be converted correctly from the inventor to other inventors or manufacturers. It would create a great confusion.

Standardized units of measurement are important because it can be uswd at every place.

In different places of world different units are used which are not equal to each other so to overcome this issue Standarized units for every quantity are used which is constant at every place.
