the stars are not visible on the day because at day time sun face come to our or sun rises due high frequencie light the star become dull and the second reason is that Sun is near to the earth but Star are too much far away to it then Sun rise due large distances it become low and dull.

Stars do glow during the day, but we can't see them because of the glare of sunlight. When the sun is up, the blue color in sunlight gets scattered all over the atmosphere, turning the sky the familiar bright blue color.
