hi friend if you think my answer is correct then mark me as brainliest so here's the answer to your question---->

First of all you have to understand that Tamil is a language which is a mother to several languages.also the other south Indian languages are born from Tamil. it is one of the oldest language in the world .It had born more than 2000years ago.tamil has a huge history behind it.the teachings and words and culture said in Tamil are so precious. But most people underestimate Tamil as a local language. The Tamil ayurvedic medicines are so true.but due to some people who misuse it wrongly and few who give wrong medicines in ayurvedic people are unable to believe it. Also the tamilians have a good architect skills and engineering skills. The best example for it is the temples of Tamil Nadu. The tamilians had good science mind. These people wrote about the spherical world and other planets in their books before the foreigners found. But it was not known to the world.the if I continue saying about Tamil it would continue . So let me come to your point.tamils achievements are still there and more for which this page is not enough. If such a beautiful language is not given proper recognition then at least we people have to give and do something.this is y we people are so attached to it.

But it is not that other language people are not attached to their languages.for each person their mother tongue is great.hence everyone are attached to their own mother tongue
