Why are taxes paid to the government? a) Taxes are paid to the government so that it can be utilised for relief and rehabilitation in case of floods,earthquakes etc. b) because this money is used in providing many public services for the benefits of citizens c) it funds developmental programmes and services d) Because tax is a black money so they give to the government.​
