CELLS CAN GIVE ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF ELECTRIC CURRENT WHEREAS BATTERIES CAN GIVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF ELECTRIC CURRENT. ALSO CELLS ARE USE IN TOYS, ETC., WHICH NEED LESS POWER BUT BATTERIES ARE USE IN UPS, INVERTER, ETC., WHICH NEED MORE POWER. ALSO, MANY CELLS COMBINE TO FOR A BATTERY.
