bcs when it comes in contact with heat or sunlight , the liqued evaporates and the volume expands

The bottles containing packed liquids in them are left with some space above the level because, if the liquid is filled with full capacity, it starts leaking and gets burst dur to air pressure.
So, little space is left above the liquid level for volume expansion of the liquid.
