The name of the material is MANGANIN or EUREKA. Because it is good conductor of electricity . In MANGANIN copper strips are used because of high resistivity and copper is good conductor of electricity

Hey !!

(1) This is to ensure that the connections do not contribute any extra, unknown, resistances in the circuit.

(2) Manganin / Constantan / Nichrome

This material has a low temperature of coefficient of resistance / high resistivity.

Good luck !!
