The systematic research of the plant taxonomy is necessary for the botanists and they need to provide cytological and physiological evidences to prove their theories.

The
taxonomy of a plant species depends on the structures of the roots, stems, flowers, leaves, fruits and seeds. The internal or anatomical structures of these plant parts and their habits are also used as physiological evidences in a botanical research to prove the identity of a plant.

The
cytological evidences deal with structures and functions of different organelles present in a plant cell, which are used to determine the definite species of the plant kingdom.
