Deciduous monsoon forests, are mostly found in the eastern part of the south india,mainly due to the reason of high amount of rainfall recieved in this area.

For Deciduous monosoon forests to grow, they need more than 150 cm of rainfall , whereas the eastern part of south india receives nearly 250cm of rainfall
