↪The Elements of Group 18 are Called " Noble Gases " as these elements have a completely filled Octet . That is they posses 8 electrons in their outermost shell and hence they do not react at all with other elements.
↪Examples are Neon , Argon , Krypton, Radon.

The elements present in group 18 have their valence shell orbitals completely filled & therefore react with a few elements only under certain condition.
Therefore, they are known as noble gas.
