Why are the fluorides and oxides of kr, xe and rn the only binary compounds of the noble gases? Why similar compounds are not formed by he and ne?

Kr, X and RN are fluorides and oxides in the only binary compounds of great gases, because of the Ni-R and the energy of ionization is very high compared to X to allow the formation of the same compounds.

Kr's ionizing bag is slightly less than Xe and it makes $ KrF _ {2} $

R.N. For ionization is less than Xe and it is expected to be compound like Xe. However, Rn is a radioactive and half of its isotopes have a shorter life. Therefore, only $ RnF _ {2} $ and some complex are known.

The only binary compounds of noble gases are fluorides and oxides of Kr, Xe and Rn because the ionisation energies of He, Ne and Ar are much higher than for Xe to allow the formation of similar compounds. The ionisation enthalpy of Kr is little lower than Xe and it forms $KrF _{ 2 }$

The ionisation enthalpy for Rn is less than that for Xe and it is expected to form compounds similar to Xe.
