Hi friend,

If we see according to science then we get to know that trees(wood) are good absorbers of sound.And as we all know that industries produces a lot of noise and that's harmful for health and environment.Then to prevent this we plant trees so that trees absorbs sound and prevent us from diseases that are caused by noise like high blood pressure,etc and also absorbs CO2 and other harmful gases.
