The fundamental rights recognized by the government of india are seven as follows:
right to equality.
right to freedom of speech and expression.
right to freedom of religion.
right against exploitation.
cultural and educational rights.
right to constitutional remedies.

-This laws are guaranteed because every citizen is enjoys this rights and they are fully enforced and backed by the constitution. All liberal democracies share these fundamental rights.

-->Situation in which a fundamental right does not hold is when the right is carried out in a manner that infringes on the rights of other people. For example, when the freedom of expression is used in insulting and degrading other people.

They are meant to develop equality harmony and peace in a country that is why they are called guaranteed.
Such rights are:

right to equality.right to freedom of speech and expression.right to freedom of religion.right against exploitation.cultural and educational rights.right to constitutional remedies.

But in some cases they are not guaranteed, as Muslims are not free to perform their religious ceremonies such as slaughtering of cow in India.
