The laws for abolishing childlabour was not implemented properly in India because India has the growing GDP in the world and India has very high proverty/poorness so the people who are poor they not able study their children in schools so instead of sending their children into schools they willing to send their children sinto work due to their poor so government can't able apply in the India properly
