The mean sea level globally has been rising steadily for some decades now . Among the main reasons are melting ice thermal expansion . As some writers had Said , the sea levels are not equal configuration of continent , currents , prevailing winds and lunar tides all conspire to shift water around unequally .

attached with each other so scientists also taking the water
level as 0.
