Sea level is the base level for measuring elevation and depth on Earth. Because the ocean is one continuous body of water, its surface tends to seek the same level throughout the world. However, winds, currents, river discharges, and variations in gravity and temperature prevent the sea surface from being trulylevel.

Heya!!
One would think that sea level would be the same height everywhere, if we eliminated the waves and the high/low tide variation. We would be wrong; very wrong. Sea levels of all seas r not equal my friend.
Many answered that they r interconnected and that's why they all r having the same level. But, that's absolutely wrong, this was declared by US national ocean service.
