Because the ocean is one continuous body of water, its surface tends to seek the same level throughout the world. However, winds, currents, river discharges, and variations in gravity and temperature prevent the sea surface from being truly level.

Answer:

All the sea levels are equal in earth since there are no division of this sea body.and you might get the question if we are all using the water from the sea then where is the source well it is getting melted from the ice glaciers present in antartica and artic ocean and many small streams and big rivers are also created using glaciers. Since streams merge to the sea so the sea level will not change untill all the glaciers are melted al around the world.Hence peroed:).
