why are the other factors need to be considered other than the income while determining development goals why are the factors are important

Respect, Transportation,Paid leaves,Freedom,Dignity ,Facilities are some other factors other than income which need to be considered.As these are the non material things which make the material thing money powerful or useful.Everyone would like to prefer a job where they get a job security paid leaves etc ......
