why are the peninsular rivers non perennial?​

Perennial means that flows always.

Peninsular river don't flows throughout the year because they don't originate from mountain and they originate from hills.

If they don't originate from mountain then glacier are not there and water is not there always.

Hence because of these reasons peninsular rivers are called non perennial rivers

Peninsular rivers are non-perennial. They don't flow throughout the year. Because they depends upon the rainfall. As they are not originated from the Himalayas they are not perennial.
