The plants or trees in the tropical evergreen forest are not used for commercial use because they are not in pure stand there and no sunlight reaches the ground so the ground is also muddy because of the rainfall

Once started any large scale commercial utilisation would denude the green cover as a permanent loss and result in massive soil erosion. Tropical forests that are perennially (ever) green, act like lungs for the Earth supplying much of the Oxygen by recycling.
