Why are the vascular bundles scattered in monocots whereas arranged in a ring in dicots ? can anybody please tell me

secondary growth is absent in monocots as they lack cambium between xylem and phloem as there is no such structure it doesn't require vascular bundles to be arranged in a ring structure
there is no particular reason for why they are scattered but most of them suggest this reason
