Ventilators are provided in the rooms at the top of the roofs, just below the roofs because if the air inside the room gets hot thehot air rises up and flow through these ventilators and thus cool air remains at bottom so that to relive in hot sumers.

It is called ventilator.It is created for a case in which all the doors and windows are locked,it will provide ventilation,not causing the suffocation in the room.It was built at the uppermost portion of the wall to remove all the hot air ( carbon di oxide) from the room as the hot air rises up resulting the room to be cool and fresh from cool air.
