why are the wells and lakes drying up nowdays.Do not copy from google ,I want simple answer

because nowadays we are not useing wells and lakes ... we are not understanding the importants of water which we get from lakes . we are using minerals water .... the waters which we drinking all are from the lakes and wells which are purefied and delivered to our homes
