Why are there different colors on the frogs back and belly?

Colors and camouflage is for escaping danger. This requires energy during the process of development. Living organisms are designed to use their energy efficiently so they would best need it when the predator spots them and that would be on their back. Usually a belly of a frog isn’t seen by the predator so that doesn’t need any colors.
