With the advancement of technology a lot of physical stuff has been transformed into digital. The sports we play are computer based, the food is engineered to last long, cost less and taste delicious (junk food). The availability of junk food is a doorstep away. All such factors have led to over eating of less beneficial food and lack of physical activity that has resulted in an increasing number of overweight generation.

On the other hand, animals are still living outside the influence of tech and follow mother nature’s principles which is why they remain healthier than humans.
