For example,
If you want ratio between perpendicular and hypotenuse there is sin.
If you want ratio between perpendicular and base there is tan.
If you want ratio between base and hypotenuse there is cos.
If you want ratio between hypotenuse and perpendicular there is cosec.
If you want ratio between hypotenuse and base there is sec.
If you want ratio between base and perpendicular there is cot.
