Why are these two compounds aromatic?

condition for aromatic is it should have (4n +2) π electrons ..

so ..

in

1) 6 π electron so it is armotic ..

2) since , nitrogen is also have π electron . but it doest come in armoticity.

so it have 6π electron .

so these two are aromatic ..

aditianand2222: In the first compound, if +charge is absent, it is non aromatic although it has 6pi electrons because the conjugation is not complete around the ring. Then why is it aromatic when +charge is there?
