A market that opens on a specific day of the week is called a weekly market.
In weekly market goods are available at a cheap rate as it does not takes place in a permanent building so the people did not pay the rent of the shop , electricity bill , worker's salary , water bill etc . so they sell the goods at a low rate sometimes even the quality of the goods may be inferior
