the temperature outside is glass is more than that of outside
the water vapour outside the glass comes in contact with the cool surface of the tumbler and condenses resulting in the visibility of water droplets

when the air[which has water vapours],comes in contact with the cold surface of the bottle it condenses and forms water droplets
i went the scientific way and not the easy one
