Commercial exploitation proves to be very expensive as the variety of trees are not available in pure form due to the species are scvattered.
The warmness and wet throughout the year makes it to have a rich vegetation of flora variety.
The forest have commercially important trees like mahogany and ebony used in different industries in making perfumes, tyres e.t.c

Explanation:

Tropical evergreen forests are difficult to exploit for commercial purposes because these forests are dense and many plants and climbers are tangled with each other. Secondly, the lack of means of transport deep into the forests has made these trees difficult to be used commercially.
