Unicellular organisms are considered as living because they are performing similar activities like multicellular organisms such as respiration, excretion, etc,. And how can they are turned as non-living even if they are observed under a microscope as they ate moving from one place to another and also they hunt such as amoeba is a unicellular it produces false feet around that particular insect and take away all the nutrition from that living body and excretes the unwanted things.
