why are vegetable oils healthy than compared to vegetable ghee??? how are vegetable oils converted into vegetable ghee??? name the process.......

Vegetable Oil + H2 → vanaspati ghee
this reaction is known a hydrogenation reaction.
the addition of H2 reduces it's quality and hence is consumption is not considered healthy.

• Vegetable oils contains unsaturated hydrocarbon which are considered good for health whereas vegetable ghee contains saturated hydrocarbon which are not good for health.
• Vegetable oils are converted into vegetable ghee by adding hydrogen in the presence of nickle or palladium ( as catalyst ).
