Explanation:

Viruses are considered a borderline between living and non-living because when they are outside a host's body, they are non-living, they have all the characteristics of a non living body. But when they go inside a host's body, they feed on it. So they have the characteristics of a living body.

Hence, we can say that viruses are neither non-living or living but it is based on whether they are inside a host or outside.

Hope it helps

Answer:

They grow and reproduce inside host cell but remains stationary without growth in external environment.

Explanation:

Because when viruses are out in the open environment, they act as a non-living

but when they climb on any living thing or an organism, they act as a living creature

MOREOVER, they are also termed as' biological puzzels'.....HOPE IT HELPS UH!!!
