Viruses are considered as neither living or non-living organisms because it lacks structure and also it won't have any cell wall. They need host organism to carry out some chemical reaction in it. It is difficult to find anti-virus vaccine because the virus takes most of the chemical reaction from the host organism and a very little chemical reaction is happening inside the virus.
