Why are water droplets seen on a surface of glass tumbler containing Ice cold water?

The tumbler containing ice cold water has its temperature very low around the edges. Thus the air around it gets condensed into water and sticks to the surface in the form of droplets.

water droplets can be seen because if there is ice cold water in the glass and the hot air comes into contact with more cold than it , the water vapour from the air condensed and transform into water droplets which we can see in the outer of glass
