we are living because we have all characteristics of living things such as
- reproduction
- respiration
- movement
- digestion
- excretion
- respond to stimuli
- made of cells.
non living things do not have any of this characteristics that's why non living and living are different.
Some of you may think non - living things do movement just like living things.ex. clock. a clock hand moves every second , minute and hour. non living things do move but they don't have any other characteristics of living things. so still they are not considered as living.they are still a non living because they don't have all the characteristics.
