Why are we writing area of triangle = total cost divided by rate ???

Rate is for unit area. So total cost = rate x total area.
So total area =total cost / rate.
It's like saying, I have x chocolates,
each costing 5 Rupees. I spent 50 Rupees. Find x.
So if I spent 50 rupees on chocolates worth 5 each, 5x = 50.
So x = 10
Which means I bought 10 chocolates.
