Wild animals such as lions, tigers, snakes, elephants, etc. live in forest because they get adequate amount of food there, forests are full of tress and animals. This trees provide them shelter, food and peace. They also get a peace and silent environment where they can live peacefully.

Some of them live in groups, animals like elephants, etc. Some live alone, animals like snakes, etc. They feel comfortable as they are in forests.

If the wild animals won't live in forest and instead lived in villages, towns or cities they wouldn't be able to adjust themselves in the pollution, noise and with the humans. If they would live in cities, they will not get adequate amount of food, they wouldn't get shelter and peace.

Therefore, wild animals live in forests instead of villages, cities and towns with humans.
