Why are women advised not to wear high heeled shoes while walking on sand

because high gels have less surface area which means increased pressure and it will sink in the sand

do you know a girl of 40 kg in heals if surface area is 1cm can exert 40lakh pressure on you legs

As because the pressure and area both are in inverse variation when area will decrease then pressure will increase and vice versa . 

In the high heels the heels are a little pointed which decreases the area of contact because of which pressure increases and the heels can intrude (dhasna ) in the sand
