Why are women employed in a low paid work?

1 women are physically and emotionally weak.

2 women in general are educationally and technically backward.

3 women are not suitable for hazardous work.

4 women are required to observe social restrictions on the job.

this is also a form of gender bias women of india are facing a lot of descrimination right from their birth and this is been from ages.women are paid less due to two reasons in some cases women are  treated low and men are treated inferior and the other is men are in a belief that women cant work as much as men
