Why are women employed in low pay work

In rural areas, women are not given proper education and skills training for doing jobs.
They can do only household chores and a traditional held belief that women were not allowed to go out of the house.
Due to these factors, when a women need a job they donot ask for high wages as men can.

They are not physically strong.

Women are bound with their home duties so it will not possible for the women to be regular at their works.They can not be regular like men in their duty that is why women are employed low paid works.

Women are less skilled as compared to men this is also one of the reason.
