why are women not allowed to roam arround at night? and what is the solutions to overcome this problem?

Because women r not safe outside especially during night. Everywhere we have few dirty men with bad mentality who consider girls who are alone r an oppurtunity for them. Even though we have police and govt. They r not safe as police come only after the crime is over. The solution for the problem is mothers. Instead of telling their daughter not to go outside at night, they must teach their sons how to behave with girls. And rest is in the hand of govt.
