WE ARE ABLE TO BEND OUR BACK BECAUSE THE VERTEBRAL COLOUMN IS FLEXIBLE,WHICH ALLOWS US TO BEND OUR BACK . THERE ARE 33 SMALL BONES CALLED VERTEBRAE THAT MAKE THE ENTIRE VERTIBRAL COLOUMN THAT IS WHY WE ARE ABLE TO BEND OUR BACK. We are able to bend because of vertebraes in spinal cord.

Here's Your Answer

Explanation:

Muscles can pull bones, but they can't push them back to the original position. So they work in pairs of flexors and extensors. The flexor contracts to bend a limb at a joint. Then, when the movement is completed, the flexor relaxes and the extensor contracts to extend or straighten the limb at the same joint.
