why aromatic amine is weaker base than aliphatic amine?​

Ans: In aromatic amines the lone pair on nitrogen atom involved in resonance with benzene ring electrons so they are less available for donation where as lone pair of nitrogen in aliphatic amines are freely available for donation.

The basicity of amines is due to the nitrogen of the amine donating its lonepair of electrons. In aromatic amines this lone pair is in conjugation(delocalized) with the aromatic ring. While in aliphatic mine this dosent happen and thus the lone pair is ready to be donated.
