why B3+ is not found easily

We know that Boron's electronic config is;

2s2 2p1 or (2,3)

So it can easily donate 3 electrons and can attain noble gas configuration

But... The structure of boron is strong lattice complex and

Hence the energy require to remove electron from its outer shell is very high (also due to very less screening effect from 1st shell electrons) so B3+ isn't found easily.
