why BaCO3 is the most basic carbonate ?

Barium is in group 2 and period 6.

It is a heavy element and is alkaline Earth metal.

Since its size is more, it is more metallic than other metal elements in the s block.

So it dissociates in water more readily into ions and its solubility is more. It is more ionic in solutions. It is more basic in nature. It reacts with acids such as HCl and produces water and salt Ba Cl2.
